Three weeks ago Drew and I bought our first married car!!!!! We bought the yellow submarine from Van Mosely the front man of the classic rock group "The Answer". Most of you might remember the submarine's original name The Answer van. The small but spacious baby toured with the band to all their shows. This car gets great gas mileage, it's bright happy yellow & there is so much leg room for the passengers stuck in the backseat. (Apparently that is a bonus, little short legged people like me don't appreciate that feature) The interior is my favorite part because it is yellow and black leather. My mom says I bought this car because it is my way of drawing attention to myself. Ya right! Besides its former name the Scion has many new names such as, the short bus, the magic school bus, the bumble bee, the brave little toaster and the yellow submarine which is what Drew and I like to call it.
I have the nicest husband in the world. He has always said that the wife should always get the better car. I think after we bought this car he was kicking himself for saying that. Although I am very nice so we take turns driving around in it. We are so excited to take our brave little toaster on its first road trip!!!! Next weekend we are driving to Arizona for my cute little niece Mylee's blessing. I think it might be a little more roomier than the two door Honda accord. We love love love our new car and are so grateful for the love and generosity of Van for selling us the Answer van.
