ONE YEAR!!!

So this week Alicia and I had our first date Anniversary. To tell you the truth I didn't know what to do with myself, this was my first time doing this officially and I was puzzled at what to do and what kind of gift to get her. So as any normal man would do I went onto the Bluenile and found a piece of jewelery that I though was fitting for the occasion. The jewelry arrived on our anniversary date and she loved it! That nighwebsite t, we went out to eat on a gift card, thank you Dunkley's and also to our buddy Brad Jensen, who hooked us up with two 40 dollar tickets to the Angeles vs. Mariners game that same night. The seats were rad and the food was great. Although I do have to say I felt as though I had betrayed my childhood by it not being a Dodger's game, but the free aspect of the night swept the guilt away. Then to top off the night we headed over to Disneyland after the game and fireworks ended, but to my dismay it was a block out day for me and my happiness turned into a very sad kid. All and all the night was awesome.

Weekend with my Munchkins

Last weekend my cute little babies came to visit! Drew and I thought we were living the life of luxury with our big two bedroom apartment and all, but with my Mom, Amanda, Drew, myself, Kael, Emma, Aiden & Mylee things were a bit tight. I wouldn't have had it any other way. I was so happy to have my family there with us. They came last Friday night and stayed until after church on Sunday. We also had a fun baby shower for Amanda and Mylee on Saturday. It was a great weekend even if it was 95 degrees and our apartment doesn't have the best AC. It felt like a pressure cooker. Drew and I are looking forward to the day when we will have our own little kiddies, however after this weekend that day won't be soon. =) Drew answered the call of "doodie" more than he would have liked over the course of the weekend. But with Emma in the process of potty training and both Aiden and Mylee in diapers he stepped up and took it like a man. He was a real trooper a pooper trooper that is. He is going to be the best daddy, I can't wait to see him with our own babies. We really want twins but neither of us have twins in our families so we are thinking twin thoughts!!!!

The arrival of the sparrows at San Juan Capistrano Mission

This last weekend Alicia and I went, thanks to my grandma Forester, to Dana Point and stayed at the family time share right on the beach. The view was totally awesome as you can see in this picture. In the morning we were puzzled on what exactly we should do, because both of us grew up here we have basically seen everything. So we plugged in our wonderful GPS system, otherwise known as "James" and from there he led us to The San Juan Capistrano Mission. The following are pictures from our weekend trip, enjoy.

Fact: Did you know that at one time the mission was once owned by a man named Juan Forster, a man that originally migrated from England to Mexico? Very plausible that we just might be related. That would be cool.

~ As you can see by the picture, this mission was a Success. Happy wife makes for a happy husband.
